Surveys and Forms now support a clean paginated layout that shows one question at a time with progress tracking for a smoother Shopify Checkout experience.
We’ve added a new Paginated Layout for Surveys and Forms in Checkout Plus.
Instead of showing every question at once, customers can now move through one question at a time. The layout includes a clear progress indicator, such as Question 1 of 2, a progress bar, the current question, the input field, and a simple Next button.
It’s a cleaner, more focused way to collect answers at checkout—especially when your survey or form has multiple questions. Customers always know where they are and what’s next.
This feature is available now in Checkout Plus. Give the Paginated Layout a try and make your checkout surveys feel more approachable.
