Checkout Plus: Custom Input Text Area

Custom Input in Checkout Plus now supports a text area input type.

Single-line fields work great for short answers. When you need more room, like gift messages, delivery notes, or special instructions, you can switch Custom Input to a multi-line text area so shoppers can write comfortably without feeling cramped.

Why it helps

• Collect longer free-form responses at checkout
• Give shoppers space for notes that don't fit a single line
• Keep the same Custom Input block you already use, with a better fit for message-style fields

This update is available now in Checkout Plus. Add a Custom Input, choose the text area type, and let customers say more when it matters.
